You're highly self-motivated and have a baseline understanding of nutrition, but struggle with meal ideas and need some initial guidance around your intake.

What's Included?

1 / Initial Questionnaire

Complete an initial questionnaire to provide me with an understanding of your goals and preferences so I can create a tailored plan for you.

2 / PDF Meal Guide

Includes 4 x personalised daily meal guides. Each guide is an example of how you could hit your daily nutritional requirements, and contains a variety of meals and snacks based on your goals and preferences. 

Includes ingredients, instructions and calories/macronutrients. 

Your meal guide will also contain some tips on adapting the guide as your goals change, and how to approach flexibility. 

Remember: the guide is not magic, it is a means of helping you achieve your nutritional goals - flexibility is encouraged, as there are many different ways of hitting your calories/macros/ micronutrient needs.

3 / Complimentary recipe e-book

E-book containing 100+ meals and snacks - some of these may be referred to in your guide, and the remainder can be used when you want to switch up your guide with other nutritious alternatives!

One-Off Meal Guide - Questionnaire

In order for me calculate your nutritional requirements and create a plan that is tailored to you, please fill in the below info.


Please include detailed responses - you can request minor adaptations (e.g., a meal or 2) within 2 business days of receiving your plan, however any additional changes required due to missing information (e.g., intolerances, dislikes) can be made at a 15% additional charge.

About you

This will be used to send you your meal guide and for me to reach out with any questions while creating your guide - please ensure email address is correct.

Include number of workouts per week and type of workouts, average step count (estimate is ok) as well as activity levels outside of training (e.g., sedentary or on your feet)

NOTE: meal guides are not medical advice and are not provided with the intent of addressing medical conditions - please ensure you consult a medical professional before changing your eating habits if required.

Fixed price
$250

One-off payment is required prior to receiving your plan. Any minor amendments can be made within 2 business days of receiving your plan, however any major changes required (e.g., changing multiple meals) due to any dislikes not listed above can be requested within 2 business days of receiving your plan and will incur a 15% additional fee.
