Together, we focus on building sustainable nutrition habits, developing a deeper understanding of how to fuel your body, and creating physical progress - without the 'all or nothing' mindset that often comes with short-term fitness challenges.

What's included?



1 / Intro call
During this 30 minute call, we will discuss your goals and challenges and I will provide you with an overview of how the program is structured.
2 / Coaching app access
Your one-stop platform for all things coaching, including an in-app food tracker, water tracker, daily habits checklist and options to link your Health app to track your daily steps.
3 / Personalised meal guide
3 unique daily meal guides (i.e., a 'day of eating' tailored to your unique nutrition needs and preferences, including ingredients, instructions, nutritional information and a shopping list to simplify your meal prep. Meal plans are available in the app and can be adapted by you using the in-app food tracker.
4 / Weekly check-ins
A weekly questionnaire to discuss your progress and/or challenges - each week I will respond with a personal video to run through your check in and provide input and guidance for the week ahead.
5 / Hands-on support
1:1 access to me via WhatsApp for questions, guidance and motivation to keep you accountable and tracking towards your goals. We can be as in-contact as you need, I'm in your corner!
6/ Online coaching community
Access to a group chat for all my coaching clients to get together and share wins and updates - we're in this together! This is an addition to our 1:1 contact throughout the week and facilitates a space for you to connect with a like-minded group of girls all on the same journey.
PRICING & DURATION
$99 per week for a minimum duration of 16 weeks.
Intakes begin on Mondays.
