What's included?



1 / Initial Consultation
During this 20-30 minute call, we will discuss your goals and challenges and I will provide you with an overview of how the program is structured.
2 / Coaching app access
Your one-stop platform for all things coaching, including an in-app food tracker and options to link your Health app to track your daily steps.
3 / Personalised meal guide
3 unique daily meal plans tailored to your unique nutrition needs and preferences, including ingredients, instructions, nutritional information and a shopping list to simplify your meal prep. Meal plans are available in the app and can be adapted by you using the in-app food tracker.
4 / Daily habits
A daily habits checklist to help you stay on track with your nutrition, movement and mindset goals - because there's NOTHING better than ticking off a checklist.
5 / Weekly check-ins
A weekly questionnaire to discuss your progress and/or challenges, including and opportunity to request meal plan updates.
6 / Hands-on support
Access to me via WhatsApp for questions, guidance and motivation to keep you accountable and tracking towards your goals. We can be as in-contact as you need, I'm in your corner!
Pricing & Next Steps
$90 AUD per week (incl. GST) for a duration of 12 weeks.
